Who can sell on FarmHappy?
FarmHappy is open to farmers who sell their goods to the public.

How does FarmHappy deliver goods to customers?
Sellers in FarmHappy's marketplace can offer shipping, local delivery, or customer pickup to their customers. The options for delivery may vary by item.

What is customer pickup?
When shoppers select Customer Pickup as their delivery option, they pay for their order online and pick it up from the farm itself.

What if I order from multiple farms?
Each farm has its own policies and checkout. If you have goods from more than one farm in your shopping cart, you will checkout with each farm individually.

How does the Local button work?
If you type your Zip Code after clicking the local button, you will see items from farms closest to you first.

I read that FarmHappy is doing a soft launch. What does this mean?
FarmHappy is open for business, but we are launching to farms first so they can add their goods before we promote the site to consumers.

How do I open a store on FarmHappy?
To open your farm store on FarmHappy, sign up for the site. When you sign in, you will have the option to Open a Store in the My Account dropdown that appears at the top of the screen. There are also links in the footer as well!
