PayPal API Permissions for FarmHappy Refunds
Before FarmHappy can make a refund on your behalf, you must grant permission through your PayPal account. In order to grant permission, your PayPal account has to be a Business or Premier account (you can upgrade your PayPal account if you only have a personal account). Once you have confirmed that you have a Business or Premier account, follow the steps below to grant API access to FarmHappy. Note that actual PayPal screens may differ from the example screen shots below.

1. Log in to your PayPal account and click the Profile link near the top of the screen.

2. Within your Profile, click on My Selling Tools.

3. Find the API Access feature, and click the Update link.

4. Click the Grant API Permission link under Pre-built Payment Solution.

5. Under Third Party Permission Username, type in and then click the Lookup button.

6. Under Available Permissions, check the box that says Issue a Refund for a Specific Transaction and then click the Add button. You can now issue refunds through FarmHappy!
